At the moment word wrapp does not work like in notepad++. For example when a div is indented within another one (and 3rd one, 4th one etc), the content goes to the 1st column and not to the indentation of the div in which the content is.
Add the style configurator from notepad++ and allow notepadqq to use xml instead of css as the styles
All the line bookmarking options from Notepad++. If you can do this, I will have finally found a Linux text editor to rule them all.

Autosave all files before closing the application and then reopen those same files when you open the application next time. This includes files that haven't been saved. I think NP++ saves them as temp files.

notepadqq can open a second view side by side as well as notepad++. With notepad++, right click on frame separator offers "rotate right" or left, to arrange views above and below. notepadqq should offer this feature as well.

Could you add a document about how to run python code? For example I tryed "%/usr/bin/python2%" and it didnt work and I couldn't find any documentation about this.
